Labourers / 2nd Operators

This is a full-time entry-level position ideally suited for someone looking to gain experience and work towards becoming an Operator in the Energy Industry.

​

Applicants must have:

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude & safety focused

  • Class 5 or higher drivers license

  • Acceptable driving record

  • First Aid, H2S (tickets not required for applying but have to be obtained after job offer)

  • Ability to carry out physically demanding work

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

-Little to no experience required

-Strong work ethic and aptitude to learn is necessary

Dispatcher 

​

Applicants must:

  • have a min of 1-2 year oilfield fluid hauling administration experience

  • build & maintain respectful relationships with Operators, Office Staff & Customers

  • be self motivated, ability to work independently & part of a team

  • Active listener with excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • High degree of accuracy & attention to detail

  • Analyze situations to uncover problems & create alternative solutions & resolutions that support both the Customer & S&T operations

  • High degree of prioritization skills & ability to meet deadlines

  • Effective independent decision making using critical thought processes

  • Outstanding organizational skills and able to respond to changes in a calm and professional manner

  • Ability to multitask without losing focus and composure

- Experienced dispatcher required

-8 / 6 shift 

This critical position is our first point of contact and provides professional customer support to address any questions, problems, specific equipment requirements or requests for service. Our professional dispatchers are responsible for smoothly coordinating and scheduling the customer requirements to the employees (Operators).
